By following the house rules, together we can ensure the safety, comfort and sustainability of guesthouse property and the environment.

House rules

Take good care of our inventory and surrounding environment!

• Sisseregistreerimine Aasamajja/ Metsamajja alates 15:00/ 16:00 ja väljaregistreerimine hiljemalt 11:00/ 12:00, kui ei ole majutajaga eelnevalt teisiti kokku lepitud.

• Park your car only in a designated area [P]

• The house key is located in the keybox. Your personal pin-code will be sent in advance by e-mail or sms.

• The houses are designed for you two, or a family with 2 children (Meadow House).

• Only registered guests are allowed at the house, sauna and territory

• If you want to take a well behaving smaller pets, please pre-agreed it with the host

• Parties are not allowed!

• Don`t smoke or wear shoes inside the house or sauna

• If you brake or damage something, please let the host know right away. The guests are liable for the damage of the property

Before you go..

• Leave the house and territory clean, wash your dishes and bring your garbage in the containers at the parking lot

• Close all doors and windows and leave the key in the keybox!

Save the planet!

• Keep all you have here! That way you are kept, too!

• Use only as much water as you need. In order to protect our groundwater, we collect every used drop of water and drive it to the treatment plant

• When heating and cooling the house, please keep doors and windows closed. Switch off all electrical equipment and lighting not in use

• Keep the sauna door always closed, and as soon as you are finished, switch the electrical heater off.

• Preserve all the growing plants in the territory. Do not break the branches, step on plants, or harm them in any other way!

• Sort the garbage according to the instructions shown on the sorter. That way we can affect the garbage circulation and collection fees.

• Avoid making noise that could disturb our neighbors and the surrounding nature.

Fire safety

• Tulekahju korral taga enda ja oma lähedaste ohutus ja kui põlengut ei ole võimalik iseseisvalt kustutada, helista 112. Samuti informeeri koheselt ka majutajat tel: +372 5326 8097.

• Keep burning candles and incenses only on proper holders. Make sure there are no flammable objects. Never leave lit candles and incense without supervision.

• Smoke only outside and always use the ashtray!

• Do not remove the grill from a non-combustible surface or leave it lit without supervision!

• Make sure there are no foreign objects on or near the sauna heater. Always keep the fireplace door closed and don`t overheat the sauna!

• Making campfire is allowed only in the prepared place. Don't make a campfire, when the weather is windy and/or there are general fire making bans!

• Fire extinguishing equipment is located in the storage room under the stairs.

Feel yourself like home, but also make sure that the next visitor here could feel the same.
